At Team Rubicon, they say every greyshirt has a story. This is the story of Lissie Hagerman. Lissie “Dozer” Hagerman hails from Austin, Texas and is a US Air Force veteran of several years. Earning the nickname of “Dozer” comes from her small-on-the-surface stature but larger-than-life personality which encourages, motivates, and inspires her teammates whenever out on service operations with Team Rubicon. Putting others' needs in front of her own as she leads teams towards helping others is a frequent act of Hagerman's, and one that embodies the spirit of being “Built to Serve”.
