BANANA BREAD! 🍌

As promised here’s a less refined and lower sugar version of my banana bread that the kiddios are sure to love! 😍

Ingredients:
3 Ripe Bananas
2 Eggs
2c Oat Flour
1/2c Coconut oil
1/3c Maple Syrup
1/4c Almond Milk
1tsp Vanilla
1tsp Baking Soda
1 scoop Cinnamon Cookie Protein (link in bio under supps tab)
Walnuts (optional)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325F
2. Mash up ripe bananas (they’re ripe when they’re brown and loos gross 🙃)
3. Add coconut oil, syrup, eggs & vanilla to banana mixture and mix
4. Add in oat flour, protein powder and baking soda and mix
5. Stir in walnuts (optional)
6. Add batter to greased loaf pan, top with banana slices and bake for about 30-40 mins!
