NEW EPISODE OF ICE TALK. I spoke with @reflatt about the changes we’re trying to push for. Rachael especially is pushing for more mental health tools for our young athletes with her work on the Mental Health Task Force for @teamusa and as the chair of the @usfigureskating Athlete Advisory Committee.
This topic is frankly hard for me to talk about but as it is a needed discussion, listening to Rachael’s own experiences has made me see the value in opening up about my own.
