DAILY BODY MAINTENANCE 💪🏼 This is a little routine I do each morning as a way to wake up my body, get important postural muscle firing AND to build all-over body strength + tone.

1 Round should take you about 5min...do as many rounds as you can in the time you have ⏰ I usually aim for at least 2 👌🏼

There are 5 groups of exercises. Try to do each group glowing from one exercise to the next, THEN have a little break between groups ☺️

▪️1.
5 x BEAR TWIST
5 x BREAKDANCING BEAR

▪️2.
10 x HIP LIFTS : 20 x PULSES
10 x SINGLE LEG : 20 x PULSES (each side)

▪️3.
20 x SINGLE LEG STRTCH
20 x OBLIQUE REACH

▪️4.
10 x SIDE PLANK HIP DROP + ROTATION
20 x SIDE PLANK CLAM

▪️5.
10 x SHOULDER OPENERS (think about getting your elbows down and hands up = externally rotate your arms)
10 x LYING T’s
10 x BACK SQUEEZE

These are all Pilates inspired exercises that work on control, stability + precision. DON’T RUSH! It’s better to do less rounds with good technique and pace, rather than rushed, uncontrolled reps! #qualityoverquantity #pilatesinspired #homeworkout
