For all of you who have asked for Helmut’s turkey prep—Final baste with juices from the roasting pan—back in the oven for final 10 minutes. ( Helmut also repeated this same basting half way through the time in the oven—then lowered the oven temp to 300 for last half hour. The house smells SO-oooo amazing!!!
