I am loving the results so far from using @fluidformpilates to help rebuild my strength postpartum. I had a 1 to 1 Zoom with the founder, Kirsten and after her studying how I move she could tell that although I have been exercising I have been neglecting my core. Kirsten then devised a more specific plan which I have been following to focus on rebuilding my core strength and connection. Even after two weeks I can feel a difference! I love that I can do the work outs any time to fit around my schedule with Sienna and can choose to do 20 minutes or up to an hour depending on how much time I have or how energetic I’m feeling! #ad
