I have grown to really love this sport and the footy club. My Athletics has also benefited so much from this experience. It's one thing to randomly rock up to mixed social teams - I can literally 'wing it'. But it's another thing to actually train for and learn the game. These past few months have been humbling. Anyhow, it turns out that you can teach an old girl new tricks (okay, 31 isn't actually old).
