中国料理レストラン「星ヶ岡」では現在「金沢食材フェア」を開催中。47都道府県の中から場所を選定し、シェフ自らが各地の生産者を巡り、厳選した食材のみを使用するこの食材フェア。今冬は石川県に注目し、金沢を中心に加賀野菜や金沢港で漁れる海の幸をふんだんに使用した珠玉のコースメニューをご用意いたしました。メインディッシュは「香箱ガニの甲羅詰め内子あんかけ」。2ヶ月に満たない短い漁期で終了してしまう希少な香箱蟹が主役の贅沢な一品です。

Our Chinese restaurant Star Hill is holding the Kanazawa Food Fair until 25th December. To select the best ingredients for their special course each season, our chef at Star Hill visits the source of their produce with the growers, to explore the story behind the dish. This winter we featured Kanazawa creating courses using Kaga Vegetables and fresh seafood from Kanazawa Port. The star of the show is without a doubt our main course, "Snow crab with crab roe sauce" – this wonderfully tasty crab are extremely rare, as there is just a 2 month window during when they can be fished.
