I receive a lot of questions about what @womensbest fitness supplements are my favs! My two go-to supplements are BCAAs and Iso whey protein.
I love the #womensbest BCAAs which I usually have whilst training to assist with recovery. I also loveeee their Iso Whey Protein (cereal milk is besttt flavour in my opinion) 🤤
