I decided to start a new #WorkoutWednesday series! Every Wednesday I’ll share some workouts with you all.

Here are 5 different exercises. Do each one for 1 minute for a total of 5 minutes nonstop, take a 1 minute break and start again but switch the order of the exercises each time. Do it 5 times, with 5 different orders!

Be mindful with each movement and follow a consistent breathing pattern throughout. This hits the glutes, inner thighs, core and cardio all in one workout! We just did this in my zoom classes today and it definitely made me sweat!
