We then would open our gifts at midnight and hang out a lil longer. The pandemic brought some changes this year. We may not have done mass as we traditionally do, but this year it felt like family. What I mean is, we felt closer. I haven’t hugged not one family member since this whole thing started. Not given or gotten one kiss on the cheek. But last night we got to do all that. THAT was the best gift I have ever gotten in all 36years of life! I’m legit fighting tears as I share this with you. Ppl at the spa looking at me but idc, these are happy tears.
