Photo by @daisygilardini / Did you know that British Columbia, Canada’s westernmost province, has one of the highest concentrations of black bears in the world? British Columbia has an estimated population of between 120,000 and 160,000 black bears but only 15,000 grizzly bears. The entire province is considered bear country since, except for the big cities, you can find a black bear pretty much everywhere.
