For Toppings: Powdered sugar, blueberries, whipped cream Waffle Pops (Makes 2 Waffles) 1. Warm the butter in the microwave lightly to melt. 2. Mix all the ingredients for the waffles, including the butter, in a bowl. Combine well, but do not overmix. 3. Pour the batter into a waffle pan or mold. Be sure to coat the mold with a light layer of butter to prevent sticking. 4. Bake thoroughly on both sides until lightly golden brown. 5. Using a knife, cut the waffle in half (dependent upon size).
