I couldn’t train before Christmas due to a couple injuries and obviously during Christmas and new year I was too preoccupied fighting the virus to worry about what I was eating. I just felt so sorry for myself I was allowing myself whatever I wanted! 😂💁🏻‍♀️ I know some people experienced loss of taste and smell and even appetite but not this little piggy... oh no! Will take more than the rona to put me off me scran I’m afraid 😂🤦🏻‍♀️😩  So it’ll be nice to get into a routine again maybe include abit of activity- other than my bi-hourly strolls to the bloody fridge- and chill real quick on the refined sugars 😂🤦🏻‍♀️  So I’m thinking just little changes, baby steps as it were- nothing radical! And I’m interested to hear what all you guys are all doing and if it’s working for you’s?! I’m really leaning into doing more Pilates... I reckon something low impact (but still packs a wallop) when I’m just getting back into it will be perfect! Operation: ‘Get this body back but maybe not the dodgy sunburn’ starts today!!!! 😂🤦🏻‍♀️
