So... This was the first time I’ve ever lifted without my lifting straps😱!! Lord knows I’ve tried and failed with these weak wrists BUT on this day everything clicked and came together perfectly✨I definitely prefer #HangClean to #PowerClean so double brownie points for me for getting through this session of 2 reps of each weight working up to only 85% of my max 🙌🏾
