From their terrace, architect couple @silviorechlesleycarstens can take in phenomenal views of Johannesburg. In their renovation of a midcentury home designed by South African architect Eyvind Finsen, Rech and Carstens expanded the footprint of the house while maintaining its original sleek geometries. They designed many custom pieces for their home, including the travertine table and Le Corbusier–inspired dining chairs on the terrace.
