So now that I’m feeling more like myself after being poorly I’m going for walks, have signed up to a Pilates class online and I have a fridges full of fruit and veg and I’m making a real effort to put my best foot forward- I’d like to be healthy and happy in 2021 please! I’ve decided to include this little fella in my new year routine as honestly I couldn’t resist any longer! And I’m all for any little life hacks that can help make looking good a little bit easier! 😂 I’ve always been fascinated by @slendertone and wondered if they worked and now I’m finding out for myself! So this is the new @slendertone evolve abs belt and it works by using EMS technology to trigger muscle contraction that helps tone your abs!
