Back when I did the film “PIMP”, I had to get so physically fit and they had me meet with a nutritionist named Dr. Golia. He broke down my body type to help me not necessarily lose weight, but inches aka body fat! (he has an app as well) Anyhow, I tapped back into that space and I remembered what I was missing lol. When your diet focuses on keeping your metabolism HOT, so not taking too many long breaks before meals or just waiting and eating one big meal, you burn more body fat and at a much healthier pace. Plus you’re always full and eating constantly! Lol, I’m not a nutritionist just sharing from what I learned ☺️ I really want to go to culinary school and for my focus to be on clean yet tasty eating(that’s exactly what the elective is called I’m sureee 🙃)  Most of these meals have been made with little to no oil and the leanest meats. I used for the tacos @sietefoods Almond Flour tortillas and their Chia Seed and Cassava ones however corn is just fine for most folks without allergies. I love kale as you can see and omg I slightly remixed this no gluten cornbread recipe from  @thenoglutengirl / thenoglutengirl.com (amazing recipes here!) I then saved the leftovers and split them in half the next morning dipping them in a almond milk egg white mixture for some tasty French toastttt 😩😍😍😍.
