The idea of being sat in front of a screen for a meeting or a chat is just not for me. But, in times when we have to adapt and overcome it’s a great tool (or any of the apps/platforms that offer this). ▪️I’ve mentioned @fightcamp before here and on my other Instagram account. I love combat sports and #mma and #boxing are amongst my favorites. Combining those elements as part of my workouts has been incredible for me, physically and mentally. My buddy @rileylitman joined up and we figured out a way to stay connected whilst doing something we both enjoy doing. Since we can’t do it in person (also due to the fact we are on opposite ends of the earth) we coordinate a time that works for us and get a chance to connect over a few rounds in real time. The coaches have been great for us too, including @swensonboxing @shaniesmash and @trainwithpj This is not a paid ad.
