I tend to yell at myself internally like a very aggressive personal trainer to motivate myself during a workout, or I imagine people telling me I suck and rather than crying into a pint of Ben & Jerry’s, I PROVE THOSE BISHES WRONG (is this just me idk — I’m kinda high on endorphins atm 😂😂)  Also today, on my single leg movements I focused on starting on my “weak leg” and it was challenging but I think I naturally start on my strong leg so often because it just “feels right”, that I’m trying to make more of a conscious effort to strengthen my weak point (atm that refers to my entire quarantine body but WE CAN DO THIS)  Anyhow, today kept it simple with very little rest in between exercises/sets — I was sweatiiiing and I never sweat haha 💦💦 CIRCUIT 1 🔥elevated goblet squat x12 🔥Bulgarian split squat x10 per leg 🔥side lunge x12-15 each side Repeat 3 times  CIRCUIT 2 🔥Static Lunge (I held plates bc I felt more balanced than I do with DBs idk) x12 per side 🔥seated banded abductors x20 🔥assisted pistol squat (not shown bc I look ridiculous and I fell 10x) x8 per leg Repeat 3 times  Cool down with some stretching!! Shoulder and arm rolls feel so good and I like to use the wall for resistance to stretch my legs out as well! Lemme know if warm up/cool down routines would be useful to share or not, I know they’re a bit boring lol Happy Wednesday!!
