Up and at it today! Sonny is sleeping like a dream. Thank goodness for @gnsleepsite and JUST THANK GOODNESS.

I woke up at 5:30am on the wrong side of the bed, so I did what @bjfogg told me to do, and when I was ready to get out of bed, I put my feet on the floor and said " today is going to be a good day". I know it may sound silly, but that simple, intentional action can shift your whole mental schmental.

I'm finalizing and tweaking my first @cozeco drop today, checking things off my "personal" to do list and treating myself to a facial @drsheilanazarian.

Oh, btw, I have been meaning to tell you, my business coach @emilycasselofficial introduced me to @asana and I am obsessed. It's a productivity/organizational app. and it is saving my life!

I love Monday's because I use them to get organized for my week and I take some time for myself after a long weekend of parenting and cleaning.
