ベラ・ゴールデンさんのインスタグラム写真 - (ベラ・ゴールデンInstagram)「how often do you say “i love u” to yourself? i mean really like, out loud. not gonna lie i suck at giving myself the love. i don’t know why being vulnerable with myself makes me cringe... i’m such a lover but i have a hard time showing myself that same love. that’s how you know you deserve to save some of that energy for yourself. sometimes you gotta listen to the sad songs and cry it out. but you’ve also gotta know when to stop feeling bad for yourself and laugh at it all. today, i’m celebrating love by making vegan lasagna and drinking wine and watching depressing existential love stories because that’s the level of self care i’m comfortable at!!!! growing up is learning that i’d rather be alone for now and working on myself than with someone that hurts me or my energy. i’m comfy being on my own, and i’m healing. opening my heart up to love but also saving time for myself forever ever and being my own person because i’m cool like dat and u are too bby. happy love day 🦋」2月15日 5時17分
