Most pork has too much omega six oil in it. We raised the pig here on Asprey Farms, so we know it’s good!  Vegetable oil, seed oil, corn oil, canola oil, and soybean oil all damage the composition of your cell membranes. Dozens of studies in The Bulletproof Diet and my newest book, Fast This Way, support this. So did your grandmother, because families have been saving bacon grease for cooking for generations.
