Breathing through a machine three times a day and having to take pharmaceuticals to heal from this pneumonia triggered a lot of resistance within me. I wish my body could heal on its own! I don’t want to feel this helpless. After years of relying more on natural remedies and plant medicine than I do pharmaceuticals I realized I have started rejecting everything else; as if herbal remedies and holistic medicine is somehow “better”. Energy is very real and believing in the medicine you are taking is so important when it comes to healing (the mind is strong!) so I decided: no more resistance. Thank God for this (big) little pill.
