HOW TO PERFORM
1️⃣. Place one foot on the bench, knees will be slightly out and over the ankle.
2️⃣. Be sure you drive up through your heel and squeeze your glutes at the top!
3️⃣. Remain tall throughout and then slowly descend down to the floor.
4️⃣. Now that’s 1 rep -> Switch legs and complete another rep.
5️⃣. Let’s work For 15-20 reps per leg!!
