In the past, I have always been stuck on the negative that happened, now I am trying to see all the positives! So here goes... 1 - Training and competing in the Olympic pool is a great opportunity to get ready for this summer!🇯🇵 2 - This experience will make me stronger. 3 - Leading up to this competition has been the best training I’ve done in my whole career and I felt more than ready for this competition! 4 - After a VERY rough dive in the second round, I managed to pull myself back up and have a solid 3 dives afterwards!!!!!😃 (very proud I didn’t give up and fought my way up from 44th to 21st) 5 - I know exactly what my mistake was and I am ready to get back to training to fix it💪🏼 It’s definitely not easy dealing with this, but I am moving FORWARD!
