Crispy Rice with Spicy Salmon 🍣 ✅
This is inspired by a dish at NOBU and was surprisingly simple to make and SO DELICIOUS!
What you need:
Sushi-grade salmon (I used 12 slices of salmon sashimi which made enough for 8 portions)
Spicy sauce:
1 heaped tbsp Japanese mayo
1/2 tbsp sriracha
1/2 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 tbsp soy sauce
Spring onions, finely sliced
Jalapeño, finely sliced
Sushi rice, cooked and tightly packed in a container - leave the fridge overnight to firm up
Groundnut oil for frying
