My next stop took me to Sheffield where I was able to meet the women members of Brunsmeer Awareness, a football team set up to be a haven for women struggling with their mental health.

I’ve been surrounded by strong women all my life, my mum and now my partner, so I know how courageous women can be. It was amazing to speak to Josie and her team who support each other on and off the pitch.
