"Forêt blanche" は、酸味の効いたフロマージュクリームと栗の濃厚な深みが調和したムースに、洋梨のフレッシュな甘さが広がるマロンケーキ。最後の仕上げをご自宅でお楽しみいただけるよう、デコレーションの素材を一緒にお届けします。

This year, our executive pastry chef crafted two kinds of Christmas cakes, each adapting very different but unique flavors that surprise at every bite.
"Forêt noire", meaning black forest in French, is a delicate combination of fluffy chocolate mousse and a violet-infused jelly coated with dark chocolate shavings.
"Forêt blanche" is a marron cake with a creamy mousse that combines a tart fromage cream and the rich depth of chestnuts, topped with fresh sweet pear.
The decorative components will be packaged separately so that the finishing touches can be enjoyed at home with friends or family.
