I don’t usually make resolutions, but I saw this post by @ladyphyll & it’s a great way to start off my year so I wanted to share with y’all ❤️ #BlackLivesMatter

As another year comes to an end, I thought I’d articulate some expectations I have from our white allies before the next one begins.

I’m not typically a huge fan of resolutions, but in this case I’m urging all of the white people in my network to read, implement and share the above. Allyship continues to play an enormous role in our mission of equality and equity. That being said, many allies find it difficult to know where to begin or how best to show up in support. This (far from exhaustive) list should help lay the groundwork.
