牛テールとすね肉のスープ、今日は野菜をたっぷり入れて玄米カレーに。ポーチドエッグで失敗、加熱が足りず卵黄が割れちゃった。

I made half of the beef tail and shank soup into pot-au-feu yesterday, and today I made brown rice curry with lots of vegetables. The poached egg was a failure, the yolk broke due to insufficient heating.
