角野栄子さんのインスタグラム写真 - (角野栄子Instagram)「「毎月１回、１年間、エッセイの連載をしませんか？」３年と少し前。NHKの『きょうの料理』の編集者に言われた。「えっ、毎月？　12回も？！」思わず後ずさり。「見開き２ページ、ご自由にお書きください」この「ご自由に」という言葉は魅力的。ついつい「イラストも描いていいですか？」なんて言っちゃって、ドキドキで始めた。「おいしいふーせん」というタイトルのエッセイは、次回で39話目になる。美味しい料理に囲まれて、私のエッセイは……甘いか、辛いか、酸っぱいか、それとも激辛？　 “Could you start writing a monthly column for a year?” It was a little over 3 years ago. I was asked by an editor of “Kyo-no-Ryori(Today’s Dish)” of NHK(Japan Broadcasting Corporation). “What? Every month? As much as 12 times?” I couldn’t help stepping back. “You will be freely to write for one spread, which means 2 pages” This word “freely” was so attractive for me. I’ve asked if I might draw also an illustration without thinking too much of it, and I’ve started it with excitement. My essay’s title is “Oishii Fūsen(Yummy Balloon)”, and the next issue will be my 39th.
