今更の投稿になるのですが...
現在、Plus Wという会社で働いていて、ITエンジニア不足に悩む日本企業とパキスタンのITエンジニアをおつなぎする仕事をしています。

2022年3月16日に、弊社とパキスタントップ大学の国立科学技術大学（NUST）との間で、NUST学内でのジャパンセンター設立に関するMOAを締結し、4月より首都イスラマバードに赴任。拠点立ち上げと運営を統括しています。

今後、少しずつパキスタンに関する情報を発信していきます。
Plus Wとして描く未来を叶えていくとともに、個人的にずっと心に留めている音楽活動についても、両国をつなぐような取り組みを思案しているところです。

すでに2億人以上の人口を有し（世界第5位）、2100年までにその数4億人以上に達すると予測されています。中央年齢は24歳で、48歳の日本とはポテンシャルが違います。
それなのに、現地に進出している日本企業はまだ80社余り。チャンスしかないです。

It's too late to inform...
I'm currently working for Plus W to connect Pakistani IT professionals with Japanese companies that are suffering from a shortage of IT engineers.

On March 16, 2022, Plus W and National University of Science and Technology (NUST), a top university in Pakistan, signed an MOA to establish Pakistan Japan Centre for Mutual Cooperation on the NUST campus, and I was assigned to Islamabad, the capital city, in April. I've been overseeing the establishment and operation of Japan Centre.

From now on, I will gradually disseminate information about Pakistan.
In addition to fulfilling the future that I envision as Plus W, I am also contemplating initiatives that will connect the two countries with regard to my personal music activities, which I have always held close to my heart.

Pakistan already has a population of over 200 million (the 5th largest in the world), and this number is expected to reach over 400 million by 2100. The median age of the population is 24 years old, which is different in potential from Japan, where the median age is 48 years old.
And yet, there are still only about 80 Japanese companies operating in the region. It's now or never.
