12月14日、海外パキスタン人・人材開発省にて、パキスタンITエンジニアの日本企業への就業機会拡大に向けて、海外雇用公社（OEC）とMOUを締結しました。

調印当日は、海外パキスタン人・人材開発省のサジドゥホセーヌ・トゥーリ大臣にもご出席いただき「OECとPlus Wがスピーディーに人材マッチングを進めることで、ITプロフェッショナルを中心としたパキスタンの人材がより多く日本で活躍することを楽しみにしている。」と期待のお言葉をいただけました。

今後、日本企業の人材要件を元にOECと密に連携し、パキスタンIT エンジニアと日本企業のマッチングを推進していきます。
また、パキスタンから日本に移住しオンサイトで就労できる機会の創出を実現し、パキスタンの人材が長期的に日本企業で活躍できる環境を提供します！

On 14th December 2022, Plus W has signed an MOU with Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC) to expand opportunities for Pakistani IT professionals to work in Japan held at Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development.

On the day, Mr. Sajid Hussain Turi, the Federal Minister of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development attended the ceremony and expressed his expectations by saying that I look forward to seeing more Pakistani, especially IT professionals playing a role Japan through the speedy matching of human resources between OEC and Plus W.

In the future, We will work more closely with OEC to promote the matching of Pakistani IT engineers with Japanese companies based on their requirements.
In addition, we will also create opportunities for Pakistani IT engineers regarding immigration to Japan for work onsite and provide an environment where they can work for Japanese companies on a long-term basis!
