【日本語訳は下にある】Wow, what a year it was. I learned so much again. I became a little bit more adult as I learned what it means to have priorities. About what it actually takes to recover. About accepting the things I can’t control. I still struggle with chronic pain and fatigue, but this is something I’m coming to terms with more and more. It did mean I wasn’t able to post as much on YouTube this year, which I do feel bad about. But I had to take this sacrifice as I am picking up school again. My goal for the next year is just honestly just continue as I am. Slowly adding more activity to my life as I observe my mind and body closely. Slowly learn how to build my strength while having an unstable life as a highly-sensitive person. I’ll continue to make content for you guys in 2023. Thank you all so much for your kindness and support to me through it all. ❤️

今年は本当に素敵な一年だったのでしょう。優先順位を持つということがどういうことかを知り、少し大人になりました。回復するために実際に何が必要なのか、自分ではコントロールできないことを受け入れることも学びました。今でも慢性的な痛みや疲労に悩まされていますが、これはだんだん受け入れられるようになったことです。そのため、今年はYouTubeにあまり投稿できず、申し訳なく思っています。でも、また大学に通うようになったので、この犠牲は仕方がないのでしょう。来年度の目標は、正直なところ、このままの状態を続けることです。自分の心と体をよく観察しながら、生活に少しずつ活動を加えていくこと。繊細な人として不安定な生活を送りながら体力をつける方法をゆっくりと学んでいきます。2023年も、皆さんのためにコンテンツを作り続けるつもりです。皆さん、このような私に親切に応援してくださって、本当にありがとうございました。❤️
