Here to show you; Eho maki. It’s a rolled sushi which is eaten on the first day of spring in Japan. It has all kinds of fillings, I’m not sure what they are actually haha. It tasted both savoury and sweet. For good luck, we eat eho maki while facing the lucky direction of the year. This year’s lucky direction is south-south-east. And you’re also supposed to eat the entire thing at once while not saying anything. I’m totally okay with this way of eating hahaha.
