His work wasn’t just limited to his hometown of Atlanta but he served all over the country. He is someone who did the work behind closed doors when there were no cameras and photo ops, but a chance to serve, make a difference and help folks. He built relationships and helped grow confidence in younger men. He would often just call and check on me and tell me how proud he was of the work I was doing in the community. Tommy was always so kind to me and so supportive. He wanted our communities across the country to work together to build vibrant and sustainable businesses and to educate & empower our youth. Most importantly he wanted us to work together and help each other manifest our greatest destinies, create jobs and win job creating contracts. This is a sad loss. But a life so well lived!
