Happy 90th Birthday Yrjö Kukkapuro!
Born in Viipuri in 1933, Finnish designer Yrjö Kukkapuro as spent close to seven decades refining the ways in which we sit in comfort. His most famous product is the Karuselli Chair (on which he is sitting in this image). It was named the most comfortable chair in the world by The New York Times in 1974.
