In 12 step programs they call that becoming a 🦄 (don’t ask me why, let’s just call it a miracle) to be honest I don’t really enjoy these landmarks anymore, they make me reflect a little too much, but I’m here to let you know that it works…if you work it. Who I was back then and who I am today are 2 different people. I don’t worry about yesterday and I certainly don’t worry about tomorrow…why? Because it doesn’t serve me. I take it one day at a time, and today I’m feeling nothing but gratitude. If you’re stuck in that dark place, there is a solution, and asking for help is fucking POWERFUL.
