In 2 months I’ll be greeted by a new baby and reunited with the postpartum season which I imagine won’t be easier this third time around 🤪 It’s a sweet phase when you’re looking back BUT personally when I’m in the thick of it… it’s like navigating through life in a fog. I’ll keep it 💯 with y’all this time around while also reminding myself that good and hard can co-exist! A few positive reminders I’ve started collecting + want to share with you incase you need it! • simple is beautiful. Don’t kill your own joy by overthinking. • embrace new (and messy!) things that come with having kids • go for long walks and call a loved one to catch up and enjoy that time! • soak up the endless snuggles and back rubs offered by a loved one. In my case @stevie_hendrix 🥰 • if you’re pregnant too - pause to connect with those kicks, flips and hiccups in your belly! • water is your friend.. drink lots of it (with ice!) 😁 • studies show COLOR can brighten your mood and others around you.
