Finding inner silence, inner peace is the most treasured no-thing. because once I loose it I’m back trapped in endless thoughts and I don’t see the way out of it. So thankful I have “tools” to come back into myself 🙏🏼 tools such as meditation, or concentration on my breath. When I feel lost I bring back my awareness into my body to all senses. Coming back to the innocent state as if it’s my first day on planet Earth and I don’t know anything about life. In that moment I feel pure Emptiness in my chest that doesn’t feel like emptiness at all. It’s a void filled with sweetness and love and joy, and calmness all at once in me.
