Today, The 7 Virtues is a leader in clean, vegan, sustainably-sourced perfume, working with suppliers in Rwanda, Haiti and Afghanistan and sold in 18 countries around the world. In founding and growing her company, Stegemann has created a new standard for fare wages and supports programs to advance the families of those involved. She’s also the author of the bestselling book ‘The 7 Virtues of a Philosopher Queen,’ and is the subject of the feature-length documentary ‘Perfume War.’ “If we’re going to change the world, we just have to take one step,” Stegemann tells us.
