5 Banded Warm Up Exercise in under 5 mins.
Warming up the body is integral to having a proper session.
My clients and small group classes do three things every time we work together.
* Warm
* Activate
* Strengthen
The idea is to train the body to be functional, mobile and strong.
Band Exercises:
+ Squat and Press
+ Pull Aparts
+ Side Walks
+ Hamstring/Ankle Mob
+ Standing Row
I recommend 1-2 rounds with 6-8 reps
