市川渚さんのインスタグラム写真 - (市川渚Instagram)「昨日はフォトグラファー保井さん @_tuck4 初の写真集完成までの過程を追う取材の第一弾。印刷を担当される藤原印刷の藤原(弟)さん @fujihara_jr にお話を聴いてきた。 ⁡ 決めることと選択肢が無限に存在する中で、相手が印刷に詳しくなくとも、作り手に寄り添う仕事の進行をされる藤原さん、仕事人の鑑でありました……。出版社の多くが厳しい状況にある中、クオリティを追い求めて自費出版で本を作られる方は確実に増えていて、それを藤原印刷さんでは「クラフトプレス」と呼んでいるのだそう。少部数からご相談に乗っていただけるそうで、自分も俄然興味が湧いてしまった！ ⁡ 保井さんとはたぶん8〜9年くらいのご縁なのだけれど、集大成となる写真集を作るタイミングで、こんな機会を頂けて本当に嬉しいし、感慨深い😌 ⁡ 私が執筆する写真集制作過程の取材記事は、後日オープンする保井さん写真集の販売ウェブサイトに掲載されるので、お楽しみに。 ⁡ 写真と動画は井上さん @_______life_ が撮ってくれてます📷 こちらも楽しみ！ ⁡ 次回は印刷工場へ行き、色校正の作業を拝見させていただく予定。楽しみが連なっていく〜 ⁡ Yesterday was the first part of an interview following photographer Takashi Yasui's journey toward completing his first photo book. We spoke with Fujihara-san from Fujiwara Printing, who will be responsible for printing the book. ⁡ I was impressed by Fujihara-san's attitude towards his work, which is to support creators thoroughly, even if they are not well-versed in printing. Despite the difficult situation many publishers face, more and more people are making books through self-publishing, and Fujiwara Printing refers to this as "Craft Press". They can consult with clients on small print runs, so I am also very interested! ⁡ Although I've known Yasui-san for about 8-9 years, I'm truly grateful and moved to have this opportunity.
