Offering unique multi-sensory experiences in tune with his music and art, he had always hoped to share his creative practice with a broader audience. Based on the deep friendship and trust Sakamoto and his team had built with M WOODS Museum over the years, the artist has been working with the Museum once again to present his second solo exhibition in China at their new museum venue in Chengdu. The exhibition emerged over a long period of time and will include a new outdoor site-specific installation, especially for the Chengdu location. In accordance with Sakamoto's wish, the exhibition will continue and will be a comprehensive overview of Sakamoto's artistic practice based on the previous show held in M WOODS (Hutong), Beijing, coming this summer.
