There are a whopping 462 steps from the station building to the down platform! This is why Tsuchiai station is called "the best mole station in Japan🪖. ⁡ At the cafe "Ekissa mogura", which is a remodeled station office that was actually used until it became an unmanned station, a cold cup of coffee sunk into my body after a tiring day on the stairs. ☕️ ⁡ I have wanted to visit this station someday since I learned about it as a measure against the superb view of Todai Ou, and just the other day I got my wish 🥰 The station was the subject of yesterday's #Q-sama ! I was so excited in front of the TV that I was like, "That's a blueberry!
