Born in 1954, Hiramatsu embarked on a creative journey that led him to become a full-time painter, specialising in murals and painting performances. Following his graduation from an industrial high school, he initially found work as an illustrator at an advertising company in Fukuoka. However, in 1984, Hiramatsu took the leap to become an independent illustrator, pursuing his artistic endeavors with greater freedom and autonomy.
