Riding has been the best exercise for recovery as the stretch on the tendon isn’t as aggressive as other activities. You can also compensate with the good leg. I’ve been warned by my orthopedic surgeon to not get too clever too quick as overuse or a sudden movement can literally send you back to square one. For now I’m being guarded as to what physical work I’m taking on. It’s a slow burn all the way to the year mark, at which point it should be as good as new.
