We use eco-friendly plates designed by Kengo Kuma, the world renowned architect in　restaurants at The Okura Tokyo.
It is made with “TRANSWOOD”, new material with biomass-based plastic made of timber from forest thinning and waste cooking oil.
With these dishware, we are offering a menu featuring The Okura Tokyo’s original sustainable ingredient, Okura Beef.

The Okura Tokyoでは一部店舗、一部メニューにて、世界的建築家の隈研吾氏がデザインを担当した環境に優しいお皿を使用しております。
間伐材と廃食用油などを使って製造されたバイオマス樹脂を配合した新素材「TRANSWOOD(トランスウッド)」を使用しており、形を変えて循環する、環境に優しい器です。
また、オークラ東京ではサステナブルの視点から取り入れている「オークラ牛」を使ったメニューをスターライトにてご提供しております。
