For this Late, Audio specialist agency Eardrum curates an informative, entertaining and eye-opening evening, exploring the intersection and impact of AI on the creative industies and the people in it. Walk through the Powerhouse and enjoy AI generated art projections by Jonas Peterson, Jamie Sissons, Brent Griffin, Kier Spielsbury and Sophie P-Y as well as Kaiber.ai x Powerhouse visuals. Join a panel about the impact, potential and ethics around using AI with Kier Spilsbury, Michael Caplan, Jess Herrington and Bill Simpson-Young. Then join Powerhouse Head of Digital Engagement Callum Cooper as he hosts a presentation and discussion with Kaiber.AI, a US based company at the cutting edge of AI, designing toolkits to augment human creativity rather than replace it. See AI-aided radio play where the task is to create and perform a four-minute radio play from scratch in 45 minutes presented by Eardrum featuring Jamie Sissons, Charlie Garber, Ralph van Dijk and Oliver Bown. Participate in other interactive experiences which include creating images using Midjourney, the live camera feed renders of Learning to See, and AI-assisted poetry.
